Why fractional

Treat a fraction. Heal the whole.

To improve a putting green, a superintendent does not strip the whole surface. They aerate it, removing small cores so the turf around each core fills in stronger. Fractional CO2 works the same way on skin.

Bella Donna places microscopic columns of ablation in a scanned pattern and leaves untouched tissue between them. That intact tissue drives faster re-epithelialization and new collagen, so depth and density are settings you choose — a quick refresh or a full resurfacing.

Service lines

Three revenue lines from one handpiece

Flagship

Full fractional resurfacing

  • Wrinkles and photoaging
  • Acne scarring and texture
  • Sun damage and uneven tone

Deep or Fusion at higher density. Treatment plan, downtime and repeat schedule vary by patient and protocol.

Typical patient fee $1,200–$1,500per session

Repeatable

Light fractional peel

  • Pore size and fine lines
  • Dullness and early sun damage
  • Maintenance between full treatments

Light mode at low energy for maintenance between fuller treatments. Settings and aftercare are set by the treating physician.

Typical patient fee $250typical session

Procedure

Benign lesion removal

  • Elevated and flat benign lesions
  • Skin tags and seborrheic keratoses
  • Precision work with the cutting probe

Continuous and ultra-pulse modes with a cutting probe for in-office procedures, at the physician's discretion.

Typical patient fee Per lesionpriced by the practice

Fees shown are typical U.S. market ranges, not guarantees. Treatments are performed at the physician's discretion.

Technology

What's inside the cabinet

An RF-excited tube, a motorized scanner and an articulated arm. The parts that matter on a CO2 laser.

Three scanning modes

Superficial coverage and deep columns in the same scan, so you are not choosing between a peel and a resurfacing.

Both in one pass

RF tube laser chamber

Radio-frequency excitation instead of a DC glass tube, with a TEM00 beam. Four-fan air cooling, no water chiller.

Scanner you can actually tune

Square, circle, triangle, rectangle, hexagon or line. Scan size 1×1 mm to 20×20 mm in 0.5 mm steps. Spot spacing 0.1 mm to 2.0 mm in 0.1 mm steps.

7-joint articulated arm

Articulated arm with a 95% transmission rate (manufacturer figure). Designed for balanced, comfortable handling.

Energy you can read across the room

The touchscreen dial shifts from blue to amber to red as millijoules climb. Five saved presets per mode. Preview, Standby and Ready are always one tap away. Disposable tips keep each contact surface single-use.

Practice economics

See how light peels could offset a lease.

The full resurfacing fee is the headline. The light fractional peel is what keeps the laser busy between those cases. Move the numbers to your market. This is revenue before overhead, not profit.

  • Financing options are available through lending partners. Terms vary; request a financing estimate.
  • Section 179 may allow the purchase to be expensed in the year placed in service. Consult your tax advisor.
  • Consumables are disposable treatment heads. Confirm details on your quote.
  • Ask your specialist about clinical training and support for your configuration.

Questions physicians ask

Bella Donna CO2

How much downtime does a fractional CO2 treatment involve?+

It depends on how you set the laser. Downtime varies with settings, depth, density, patient and aftercare. Lighter treatments generally mean less downtime than full resurfacing. Your physician's protocol sets the expectation.

What is the difference between an RF tube and a glass (DC) tube CO2 laser?+

An RF-excited tube is excited by radio-frequency energy rather than the DC current used in a glass tube. The Bella Donna uses an RF tube with a TEM00 beam and is air-cooled, so there is no water chiller to maintain.

What is included with the system?+

The Bella Donna CO2 console, 7-joint articulated arm, fractional scanning probe, cutting probe and a 2-year warranty that includes the handpiece. Ask your specialist what else is included. Confirm the exact configuration on your quote.

Who can operate the laser in my practice?+

Laser delegation rules vary by state. In most states the physician must supervise and may delegate to trained staff within scope. Ask about clinical training for your staff; your state medical board sets who may treat.
